Glow House Skin Clinic

By booking an appointment at Glow House Skin Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Deposits

All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid.
• Deposits will be deducted from the final treatment cost.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you reschedule outside of 72 hours, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
• Changes made within 72 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your treatment time may be reduced or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
• In some cases, this will be treated as a late cancellation and your deposit may be lost.

Treatment Suitability

Your safety is my priority.

• Glow House Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse or stop a treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
• This includes but is not limited to: contraindications, skin conditions, or concerns identified during consultation.

Results Disclaimer

Results vary from person to person.

• While I always aim to achieve the best possible results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• Multiple treatments and consistent home care may be required.

Reactions & Aftercare

Advanced skin treatments can sometimes cause temporary reactions.

• Possible side effects include redness, sensitivity, peeling, and breakouts.
• By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
• Following the recommended aftercare advice is essential for best results.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be given for completed treatments.
• Skincare products are non-refundable once opened or used.
• If you experience an issue with a product, please get in touch and I will always do my best to help.

Consultations & Client Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date medical and skin information.
• Glow House Skin Clinic is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by withheld or incorrect information.
